Our why.

Leaders In Training is driven with the belief that closing the educational “engagement gap” and “improving student outcomes” occurs most effectively when students recognize themselves as individuals with influence, purpose, and belonging. However, due to one of life’s most prominent commonalities, this is easier said then done.

The commonality is this. People of all ages are experiencing life’s difficulties— often times difficulties that money can’t solve on its own.

From our team’s first-hand classroom experience, it’s clear that these type of life circumstances can present a clear challenge to academic and social dynamics ranging from behavioral disruptions, suffering academics, and problematic social interactions (peer to peer and peer to adult).

As a LITSCHOOL, we’re partnering together with the belief that when students recognize their value as a person, this not only has a positive effect on their pursuit of academic growth but is restorative in practice impacting the personal social development of the whole child as well.

Through modern appeal and minimal aesthetics, Leaders In Training provides a truly unique and culturally responsive solution that competes for the attention of today’s students while maximizing student outcomes.

Become a LITSCHOOL today, connect with students, evoke their potential as individuals, and replace reported feelings of apathy and hopelessness with purpose and self-efficacy. The Path Is LIT.
